The Point BnB is located in Paynesville. Just 3.5hours East of Melbourne situated on the Gippsland lakes which are the largest inland water system in Australia. Raymond Island is just a ferry ride away, a nature lovers dream and home to a large Koala bear colony. A relaxed village atmosphere with Cafes and Restaurants to chose from. Great walks all with spectacular scenery.

Guests have their own private entrance leading upstairs to a spacious well appointed sitting room, with a self contained kitchenette. French doors lead out to a private balcony (The sunsets over the water are a must see).
The Bedroom has a queen size comfortable bed with quality linen, selection of pillows, and luxurious robes are supplied for your use. The Bathroom, has a roomy shower, heated towel rail and a hair dryer is provided. Bedroom and sitting rooms have ceiling fans and reverse cycle air-conditioning, but you can just open the louver windows and let the sea breeze flow through.
The sitting room has a comfortable sofa (that converts to a queen size bed if needed) a dining table and chairs. When you are not out on the balcony enjoying the beautiful view, or using the Weber Q BBQ you can sit back and relax watching the LED LCD TV or a DVD.
The kitchenette has a pod coffee machine with a selection of coffees, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, juice squeezer, mini bar fridge, glasses, cutlery and crockery. Also continental breakfast provisions supplied. If you are feeling hungrier cooked breakfasts can be arranged.
The Point BnB offers secure off street parking behind automatic gates with ample room for Boat or Jet Ski trailers.
Once through the gates a beautiful camelia hedge will lead you down the 100m drive to the house. When it is in flower it is simply stunning.
The birds are always busy here, we have the advantage of appreciating coastal and bush varieties. Sit quietly on the outdoor setting on the lawn and watch the passing parade. If you go walking on the track below the house that takes you to Sunset Cove and into Paynesville (10 min easy walk) you will see some of our local wildlife and boating activities. There is a sheltered beach to walk along and take a dip in safe waters directly in front of the house.
The Point BnB is the perfect destination for a relaxing escape or a romantic getaway.
